Petitioner seeks approval to plat 1099 lots on 681acres. The site is located north of 116th Street, west of Clay Center Road, south of 136th Street, and east of Shelborne Road. The petitioner also seeks approval of three variances of the Carmel/Clay Subdivision Regulations to permit a reduction of the street width from 30 feet to 24 feet, a reduction in the required street curve radius from 150 feet to 75 feet, and to allow corner lots to be the same size and shape as the interior lots.
