Brenwick Development. Petitioner seeks approval to plat 1099 lots on 681acres. The site
is located north of 116th Street, west of Clay Center Road, south of 136th Street, and east
of Shelborne Road. The site is zoned S-1/residence.

application for Meijer. Petitioner seeks approval to change a previous rezone

Regulations to permit a reduction of the street width from 30 feet to 24 feet, a reduction
in the required street curve radius from 150 feet to 75 feet, and to allow corner lots to be
the same size and shape as the interior lots. The site is located at the northwest corner of

Architectural Design, Landscaping, Lighting, and Signage application for the
Carmel/Clay School Corporation. Petitioner seeks approval to install five new tennis
courts as a part of the Todd Witsken Tennis Center. The site is located at the northwest
corner of 136th Street and Keystone Avenue. The site is zoned R-2/residence and is
located within the Keystone Overlay Zone. (The petitioner will also be appearing before
the Board of Zoning Appeals for a developmental standards variance request.)
