1h. Docket No. 82-99 CPA; A Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the 2020
Comprehensive Plan. The petitioner seeks a favorable recommendation from
the Commission to establish a specific Master Plan for an area to be called the
Old Meridian District.

petitioner seeks a favorable recommendation of a rezone from R-1/residential to
B-5/business in order to develop a medical office building. The site is located at
the northwest corner of East 96th Street and the Monon. The site is zoned R-
1/residential.

petitioner seeks approval to rezone 55 acres from B-5/Business and S-
2/Residence to B-6/Business. This site is located at the northwest corner of 96th
Street and U.S. 31 and extends north of I-465. Petitioner also seeks approval to
rezone 10 acres from B-5/Business to B-8/Business. The site is located at the
northeast corner of 96th Street and U.S. 31. The sites are currently zoned B-
5/Business and S-2/Residence and are located partially within the U.S. 31
Overlay Zone.
