I, the undersigned registered land surveyor in the State of Indiana, hereby certify that the within plat represents a survey
prepared under my supervision and a subdivision thereof of the following described real estate:
LOT NUMBER 6 in HERITAGE SQUARE, a subdivision in Hamilton County, Indiana, the Secondary Plat of which is recorded as
Instrument Number 95-58095 on Slide 615 in Plat Cabinet One in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana and
as corrected by Certificate of Correction recorded as Instrument Number 9609621899 in the Office of the Recorder of
Hamilton County, Indiana.
Subject to all legal easements, restrictions, and conditions of use of record.
This subdivision of said Lot Number 6 consists of two lots, numbered 6A and 6B as shown on the within plat. The common line
between Lot 6A and Lot 6B is congruent with the northerly most face of the existing structure as located on Lot 6B on the
date of the recording of this plat. The size of the lots is denoted in figures denoting feet and decimal parts thereof

The undersigned, GLF Realty, Inc., by Greg L. Fuller and Bob Doeppers and Judith Marich-Doeppers (husband and wife), the owners
and developers of the within described real estate, do hereby certify that they have laid off, platted and subdivided and do hereby lay
off, plat and subdivide said real estate in accordance with the within plat.
This subdivision shall be known and designated as the REPLAT OF LOT SIX of HERITAGE SQUARE, a residential subdivision in
Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana.
This replat is subject to the following condition: Any building permit or new construction on Lot 6A shall be designed to avoid any
changes being required for any reason to the existing structure of Lot 6B. This condition specifically prohibits any construction within
a distance that would cause the existing north side windows or doors to be removed. This condition may only be waived by the written
consent of the owners of Lot 6B.
The real estate contained in this "Replat" is subject to the covenants and restrictions contained in a "Declaration of Covenants,
Easements and Restrictions" recorded October 26, 1995 as Instrument Number 95-58094.
In addition to said covenants and restrictions, Lot Number 6A of this "Replat" is also subject to a one foot wide easement for
Eave/Gutter overhang encroachment as shown on the within drawing.
