SPECIAL STUDY COMMITTEE: will meet to consider the following items:
1. Committee to consider Docket No. 70-98 Z, a change of zoning commitment application for Meijer.
Petitioner seeks approval to change a previous rezone commitment to allow an automobile service
station. The site is located at the northeast corner of Pennsylvania Street and Carmel Drive. The site is
zoned B-3/business.

2. Committee to consider Docket No. 95-98 ADLS Amend., an amended Architectural Design,
Landscaping, Lighting, and Signage application for Duke Realty Investments. Petitioner seeks approval
of the wall sign criteria for the Hamilton Crossing East Complex. The site is located at the southeast
corner of 126th Street and U.S. 31. The site is zoned B-2/business and is located within the U. S. 31
Overlay Zone.

1. Committee to consider Docket No. 91-98 S.P., a secondary plat application for Ray Roehling.
Petitioner seeks approval to construct 20 lots on 12 acres within the subdivision known as Brighton
Woods, Section 1. The site is located a ¼ mile north of 116th Street, on the east side of Hazel Dell Road.
The site is zoned S-1/residence (open space subdivision).
