A part of the Southwest and Southeast Quarters of Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, of the Second Principal
Meridian, Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 01 minutes 09 second East
(assumed bearing) along the east line thereof a distance of 809.51feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 85 degrees
28 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 48.55 feet; thence South 16 degrees 56 minutes 56 seconds East a distance of
4.98 feet; thence South 73 degrees 03 minutes 04 seconds West a distance of 50.00 feet to a point of the extension of
the easterly boundary of the Village of WestClay Section 3004, Village Center, Part 1, the Secondary Plat of which is
recorded as Instrument Number 19990996589, Plat Cabinet 2 Slide 345, in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County,
Indiana; (the following seven courses are along the boundary of said Section 3004) (1) thence North 16 degrees 56
minutes 56 seconds West a distance of 193.06 feet; (2) thence North 73 degrees 03 minutes 04 seconds East a distance
of 50.00 feet; (3) thence South 16 degrees 56 minutes 56 seconds East a distance of 136.88 feet; (4) thence North 85
degrees 28 minutes 58 seconds East a distance of 177.72 feet to a curve to the left having a radius of 675.00 feet, the
radius point of which bears North 04 degrees 31 minutes 02 seconds West; (5) thence northeasterly along said curve an
arc distance of 532.50 feet to a point which bears South 49 degrees 43 minutes 02 seconds East from said radius point;
(6) thence North 40 degrees 16 minutes 58 seconds East a distance of 223.56 feet to a curve to the right having a radius
of 225.00 feet, the radius point of which bears South 49 degrees 43 minutes 02 seconds East; (7) thence northeasterly
along said curve an arc distance of 162.92 feet to a point on the westerly boundary of the Village of WestClay Section
12001, the Secondary Plat of which is recorded as Instrument Number 199909971385, Plat Cabinet 2 Slide 369, in the Office
of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, said point bears North 08 degrees 13 minutes 46 seconds West from said
radius point; (the following ten courses are along the boundary of said Section 12001) (1) thence South 08 degrees 13
minutes 46 seconds East a distance of 50.00 feet; (2) thence North 81 degrees 46 minutes 14 seconds East a distance of
16.46 feet to a curve to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet, the radius point of which bears South 08 degrees 13
minutes 46 seconds East; (3) thence souteasterly along said curve an arc distance of 39.27 feet to a point which bears
North 81 degrees 46 minutes 14 seconds East from said radius point; (4) thence South 08 degrees 13 minutes 46
seconds East a distance of 63.29 feet to a curve to the left having a radius of 625.00 feet, the radius point of which
bears North 81 degrees 46 minutes 14 seconds East; (5) thence southeasterly along said curve an arc distance of 97.62
feet to a point which bears South 72 degrees 49 minutes 15 seconds West from said radius point;(6)thence South 72
degrees 49 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 130.39 feet; (7) thence South 19 degrees 00 minutes 27 seconds West

to a curve to the right, non - tangent to the previously described course, having a radius of 725.00 feet, the radius point of
