SPECIAL STUDY COMMITTEE: will meet to consider the following items:
1. Committee to consider Docket No. 70-99 DP/ADLS, Development Plan and Architectural
Design, Landscaping, Lighting & Signage applications for Park Place Centre, LLC. The
petitioner seeks approval to construct 14 professional office buildings and condominium suites to
be known as Park Place Centre on 7.393± acres. The site is located in the Carmel Science &
Technology Park (Block 2, Lots 2 & 3) at the northeast corner of West Carmel Drive and Adams
Street. The site is zoned M-3/manufacturing.
