The applicant seeks the following development standard variance for a porch addition:
Docket No. 14050002 V ZO CH: 26.02.14.D: Min Front Yd. Setback 80 ft. per Recorded Subdivision,
76 ft. setback requested for covered stoop
The site is located at 9680 Shelborne Road and is zoned S-1/Residential within the Michigan Road Overlay
Zone. Filed by Oliver McGraw on behalf of the owner Ian Gunn.
