-. General Info:
The Petitioner is requesting a variance to permit a new

. . -— I details.
41" ` r It Analysis:
' w _ a' The proposed ground sign recently received a variance to
1 1 be allowed as an extra sign as well as be within the right-
•`,i C: •-t, r -_' 7 1, of-way to help with identification for this property and
` . - 1 the tenants therein. This variance request is to allow the
'. •' r, sign to be 13 feet tall when the PUD only allows 10 feet.
'.;,,.... 1,..,.t, , , «limp";• i foope_l ;,.rs The reason for the variance request is because there is a
slight grade change where the sign is located. The
{' ' • ground slopes down from the street about 3 feet. At
• '.I ., I street grade the sign will appear to be 10 feet tall, but at
I. hJ . I the actual grade where the sign is located,it will be 13
 • feet.
II ° ,may, \ • ;
t The proposed height will serve the development better
.,r EilL'A' 4 and help passersby identify the multi-tenant center. The
- -•- - x sign should not obstruct the vision clearance as it is
setback behind the sidewalk and path.
The sign will meet the other requirements of the PUD Ordinance for size and it will be designed to match the existing
signage on the property.
