APPROVED: Docket No. 15060001 V: Development Standard Variance for maximum ground floor area(720 square feet permitted, 820 square feet requested). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is June 23,2017.
