The following are comments that need to be addressed and plans updated accordingly: Application: • The filing fee for the Replat is $400.00. • This item is ineligible for inclusion on the Board of Public Works agenda until such time as administrative approval has been granted by the Department of Community Services. Secondary Plat: Sheet 1: • The second line of the title block should read"at Haverstick, Section Two A, Block L." • The third line of the title block should indicate that this is a Replat of Block L, not a Secondary Plat Amendment. • The address and phone number of the Surveyor must be included on the plat. • The document submitted requests dedication of the additional right-of-way. This should instead be a deed or certificate of dedication. •Please correct"Clerk/Treasurer" in the Board of Public Works certificate. • Please include a cross reference to the Covenants and Restrictions for Lost Oaks at Haverstick, Section 2a. • The Source of Title must be noted. Sheet 2: • The illustration of Block L as currently recorded can be eliminated. •Please correct"Amended Plat"to read"Replat." • The replatted Block L should be shown in its entirety.
