Thank you for consulting with me as provided in Indiana Code Section 36-7-4-1318(d) on the
impact fee matter This letter will confirm that I am a qualified professional engineer licensed to
provide engineering services in Indiana
I understand that both the Department of Conunumt■ Services (DOCS) and the Department of
Parks and Recreation plan to recommend to the Carmel-Clay Plan Commission and to the Carmel
City Council an increase in the park impact fee from $84 00 to $527 53 After meeting with
Mike Hollibaugh of your office Steve, and with you; Randy. I have no questions with regard to
the methods or data utilized in the determination of this increase All information that you have
given to me is consistent with this recommendation
