Please note the following: 1. Spandrel glass is located at the bank and above the cart return door unless otherwise noted below. 2. Spandrel is used in the 2 narrow glass divisions at the tops of the windows on the East elevation at the café to mask the mezzanine floor framing. 3. Spandrel is located above the curbside pickup door on the East elevation to mask the mezzanine floor framing. 4. The tan band above the curbside pickup door was previously tagged as EIFS; it was revised to canopy. 5. On the East elevation, there is a 36" masonry base at the window in the café area where the plan shows the bar backed up to the window. It is now consistent with all of the other large storefront windows on the project. 6. The vision glass on the tower at the mezzanine on the North and East elevations was revised. 7. The West wall is flat but has articulated masonry pilasters that break up the impression of a large flat plane. The masonry accent panels on the façade remain the same. 8. The high volume area over the Northwest corner is an empty space so no vision glass was added there. 9. The cart door is a flat panel overhead lifting door. 10. Some spandrel was added at the tops of the windows in the restaurant area due to the depth of the mezzanine floor framing. 11. The sign locations have been adjusted per your comments. 12.
