This property falls within the US Highway 421 - Michigan Road Corridor Overlay Zone. Docket Number V- 180 -00: Requesting that additional signs be permitted. This variance pertains to Section 25.7.02 -7 (B) "Special Use and Use Variance Signs: Number & Type" of the Sign Ordinance for Carmel Clay Township Ordinance No. Z -302.
