HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic NoticeNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CARMEL /CLAY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Docket Numbers: SU- 179 -00, V- 180 -00, V- 181 -00, V- 182 -00, V- 183 -00, Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals on the 27th day of November, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon the following CarmeUClay Board of Zoning Appeals applications: Docket Number SU- 179 -00 - Special Use Request: Requesting a special use as required under B -3 zoning to allow for a fast food restaurant. This property falls within the US Highway 421 - Michigan Road Corridor Overlay Zone. Docket Number V- 180 -00: Requesting that additional signs be permitted. This variance pertains to Section 25.7.02 -7 (B) "Special Use and Use Variance Signs: Number & Type" of the Sign Ordinance for Carmel Clay Township Ordinance No. Z -302. Docket Number V- 181 -00: Requesting that additional sign area be permitted for a ground sign. This variance pertains to Section 25.7.02 -7 (C) "Special Use and Use Variance Signs: Maximum Sign Area" of the Sign Ordinance for Carmel Clay Township Ordinance No. Z -302. Docket Number V- 182 -00• Requesting that additional sign area be permitted for a sign labeled "Wendy's" on the east side of the building.
