Thomson Consumer Electronics commits to the Carmel Plan Commission and the City of Carmel
Indiana that upon the adoption and implementation of a plan for the installation of sidewalks within
the area commonly known as Meridian at I-465 (NW quadrant of 31 and I-465) it will install a
sidewalk/pedestrian walkway adjacent to Superior Street within the parking area approved under
Docket #137-00 DP/ADLS.
