make it to the meeting. Overall, I'm still

and believe that additional commitments z.
and follow-through on original
commitments are necessary.
I believe that a little background is necessary on Day Drive as this was not
discussed thoroughly by Mr. Reis at the last meeting. Day Drive is a private
road. In actuality, I own a portion of Day Drive that sits in front of my property. I
provide an ingress and egress easement to other parcels, to include the parcel
under discussion. The individuals that use Day Drive, include myself, Mr. & Mrs.
Allman, JC Sipe Jewelry, the parcel under discussion, as well as the Lighthouse
Tabernacle Church (which was not included in Mr. Reis former discussion).
When the board approved a parking lot use for the adjacent parcel, it was for a
use that was suppose to be for a less intense parking use, which in addition
would allow semis to travel on Day Drive across my parcel and creating extra
wear and tear on Day Drive.
Nonetheless, since the approval (Use Variance - 12080016UV), it has been all
"smoke in mirrors". For instance, before you today is a site plan that is totally
different than the one that was before the board in 2012. The retention pond has
been moved to the south side of the parcel, the demolition of the former
residence is no longer being discussed, and most importantly the tree landscape
buffer between my property and the parking lot is not on the site plan.
