We, the undersigned, appointed by the Superior Court of Hamilton County, as appraisers,
after having taken oath to honestly and impartially. assess and determine the damages that
Defendants, US Bank National Association, successor trustee to Bank of America N.A.,
successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association as Trustee for JPMorgan Chase
Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust 2006-CIBC15, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through
Certificates, Series 2006-CIBC15 ("Bank"), Carmel Indy Properties, LLC; CIP Exchangepoint,
LLC: CIP-1, LLC; CIP-2, LLC; CIP-3, LLC; CIP-4, LLC; CIP-5, LLC; CIP-6, LLC; CIP-7,
LLC; CIP-8; LLC; CIP-9, LLC; CIP-10, LLC; CIP-11; LLC; CIP-12, LLC; CIP-13, LLC; CIP-
14, LLC; CIP-15, LLC; CIP-16, LLC; CIP-17, LLC; CIP-18, LLC; CIP-20, LLC; CIP-21,LLC;
CIP-22, LLC; CIP-23, LLC; CIP-24, LLC; CII'-25, LLC; CIP-26, LLC; CII'-27, LLC; CIP-28,

IIS reason of the appropriation of the real estate described in the Complaint for Condemnation of
Real Property ("Complaint") filed herein, now report and, as to the real estate owned by said

1. The fair market value of the real estate appropriated from CIP,
and Bank, which appropriated real estate is described in Exhibit d
