Enclosed are the following documents for your files:
1. The Limited Liability Company Warranty Deed for Station #46 transferring
property to the City of Carmel and Clay Township as joint tenants and filed
with the Hamilton County Recorder on December 22, 2000;
2. The Quitclaim Deed from Clay Township to the City of Carmel and Clay
Township transferring 2.994 acres for Station #42 filed with the Hamilton
County Recorder on August 30, 2001;
3. The Quitclaim Deed from Clay Township to the City of Carmel and Clay
Township transferring .76 acres for Staion #42 filed with the Hamilton County
Recorder on August 30, 2001;
4. The Dedication of Public Right of Way by Clay Township dedicating .76
acres filed with the Hamilton County Recorder on August 8, 2001; and
5. The Dedication of Public Right of Way by Clay Township dedicating .382
acres filed with the Hamilton County Recorder on August 8, 2001.
The land transfers have been made pursuant to Section 2.2 of the Carmel Clay Fire
Station Financing, Construction and Maintenance Interlocal Cooperation Agreement
under which the Township is required to "take all actions necessary to transfer
ownership of the Station Sites to the City and the Township jointly."
The right -of -way dedication for Station #46 is pending.
