THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that Judith Ann Lacy, Trustee of the Judith A. Lacy
Revocable Trust dated September 25, 1995 ( "Grantor "), CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the
City of Carmel, Indiana ( "Grantee "), for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of' which is hereby acknowledged, the following
described real estate in Hamilton County, State of Indiana:
See Legal Description attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by
reference (the "Real Estate ")
Subject to any and all legal highways, rights -of -way, easements, agreements, covenants,
and restrictions, and further subject to the taxes due and payable in November 2002, and all taxes
arising thereafter.
Grantor, as Trustee and not for herself individually, covenants that the said premises is
free from any encumbrances made or suffered by said Grantor, except taxes and assessments,
and said Grantor and its successors shall warrant and defend the same to the said Grantee against
the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through or under said Grantor, but
against none other.
The undersigned represents that she is the current Trustee of said Trust, has full authority
and capacity to execute this deed, that said trust has not been revoked and that neither the grantee
nor any other party shall have any responsibility for the application of any proceeds from this
conveyance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this Trustee's Deed to be executed as of
this 26th day of September, 2002.

Thirty (30) acres off of the entire south end of the west half of the northwest quarter of Section 29,
Township 18 north, Range 3 east, located in Day Township, Hamilton County, Indiana.
The above described real estate is that same parcel of real estate described in the deed recorded as
Instrument No. 199909959396 but the chain of title, commencing with the deed recorded in Deed
Book 293, page 359 and thereafter, incorrectly described the real estate as "off the entire West end of
the west half."
