ADVISORY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals
will meet on the 25th day of August, 2014 at 5:30 pm in the City Hall Caucus
Room, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 and hold a Public Hearing upon
a Development Standard Variance application for a new detached garage on
Applicant's property.
To facilitate such construction, Applicant has requested a variance from
Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance Chapter 25.01.01.B.3.A. to permit a garage
forward of home instead of the required 25' behind front of home.
The subject property affected by the application is owned by John and Jill
Logan and is known as 2208 West Main Street, Cannel, Indiana 46032 and
has a legal description of Parcel Number 17- 09- 28- 00 -01- 002.000.
The application is identified as Docket No. 14070006 V
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above
application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard
at the above - mentioned time and place.
