Pool/landscaping not to impede drainage flow between adjacent lots (Lot 21 & 23) 2. Fence not permitted in U & DE. All fencing must be 5' black hollow metal or iron, similar in style/color of neighborhood perimeter fencing. 3. Homeowner to submit two (2) hard copies of final Landscaping plan (emailed or mailed 5 days prior to construction for final approval). Plans must show landscaped side yards (Lots 21,22 & 23) with line drawn showing side of house. (Must have some type of landscape buffer between lots). Final landscaping plans to be stamped/dated/ signed upon WWC HOA approval. 4. Homeowner/Pool Co. to verify side wall of pool in relation to lake easement prior to setting pool walls. 5. Final permission and/or permits to be submitted/reviewed by Carmel Community Development or appropriate Carmel City Office prior to construction. Ralph E.
