The rear drainage Swale eh :nd. lots 3-10 looks good on paper but I feel it will be a long .term problem. I suggest the flowline be established in a permanent manor ie concrete, stone or landscalied gutter and thA lot line between lots 4 and 5 be eended 25 feet to reduce the excess cut at that point. 2, Concerning the pond liner. I thought a better description of the clay material would;lbe beneficial such as CL or CH. A fine textured 'clay soil° us not likely to be present on this site. Post Road Indianapolis, Indiana 46226. 1068 RE: Delaware Trace, Section 1 • N. of 13.1st Street/E. of Razeldell Road Clay Township • Dear Richard: This letter serves to acknowledge receipt on July 25, 1995,. of a Secondary Plat and Construction Plan each for the above referenced project. As has previously been discussed, this parcel, as well as the portion of Hazeldell Road fronting and serving as access to this site is being annexed into the City of Carmel. Therefore, any couunents are deferred to the City's Engineering Department. Should the developer,due to the lateness of the season, schedule construction activities on site prior to the recording of the annexation ordinance, we request that we be provided with a copy of the ordinance signed by the council in order to preclude the need for permits and/or approvals from this department or the Board of Commissioners. Schneider Engineering 3020 North Post Road Indpls., IN 46226 re: Delaware Trace, Section 1 Secondary Plat Dear Richard: The Secondary Plat application filed for the Delaware Trace, Section 1 has been reviewed by our office. The following comments need to be addressed and plans updated accordingly: Plat: •The registered surveyor's seal needs to be provided on the secondary plat. Secondary Supporting Data: 'Letters of review from the members of the Technical Advisory Committee will need to be submitted to our office. •The proposed fire hydrant locations need to be approved by the City of Carmel Fire Department. •A cut and fill drawing needs to be submitted showing any earthwork over 2 feet. •Final covenants and restrictions for Section 1 need to be submitted. -The filing fee of $500.00 needs to be submitted. Our fees have been revised as of July 17, 1995. These comments will need to be addressed and plans updated accordingly before an additional review will be done by our office.
