The Application requests a developmental standards variance from Section 25.12 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Carmel/Clay Township, Carmel, Indiana, to permit the permanent installation of a satellite dish on the Real Estate, per the terms of the Application and plans on file and available for examination in the Office of the Director of Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032. The requested variance includes, but is not limited to, a variance from Section 25.12.1(2), 25.12.1(5), and 25.12.1(10) of said Zoning Ordinance. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above Application, either by correspondence or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above - mentioned time and place. Written objections to the Application that are filed with the Secretary of the Board of Zoning Appeals prior to the public hearing will be considered and oral comments concerning the Application will be heard at the public hearing. The public hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary by the Board.
