The hedges which now appear on the plans to be in front of the south concrete retainage wall will not be planted; and 2. Instead, the hedges will be mounted on top of the south concrete retainage wall, and will be four to five feet in height so that the distance from the base of the retainage wall to the top of the hedges will be between seven and eight feet. Should you have any questions or comments, please call. As you know, I very much appreciate your assistance. Very truly yours, NELSON & FRANI ENBERGER Charles D.
