I am sorry to say this, but now that Rachel has left for her wedding/honeymoon, we will probably not be able to approve
the final set of revised Exterior Architectural Building Elevations until the first week of October... but, like you said, the
builder is on top of things, and can be very accommodating, so that is good. And, at least you were able to issue the
permit without us holding it up.

Please find attached a revised elevation sheet and wall section sheet that show the change to add jack arches to the four
windows on the south elevation. These were the changes explained to us as a result of a meeting with Steve Sturtz, Mike
Hollibaugh and perhaps Rachel Boone several weeks ago.
I can drop off a paper copy anytime starting this afternoon. Let me know.

Jason, since the main building is mixed use, I will actually need to separate it into two separate permits. One will be a Commercial New structure
covering the businesses, and another will be the rest of the building covering the residences. If you could break down the cost of construction and
square footage for each one I would appreciate it. Then I can calculate the fees.
So in summary, there will be 3 total permits:
Parking garage – AS IS
Retail space (shell) – 9,911 SF , Estimate $426,173
Residential Multi family – 43,416 SF, Estimate $5,216,099
I will need cost of construction and square footage for each.

The Planning Director (Mike Hollibaugh) informed me that you (Pedcor) were going to send our department some
revisions to the architectural building elevations before we could give the ‘go ahead’ for issuing building permits. Can
you please email those to me soon, as well as submit to us a paper copy exterior architectural building elevations?

I just received building plans for the Nash Building, a 71,087 square foot new building/parking garage located at 850 S. Range Line. I have attached
some building plans.
Please let me know what you will need from the builder prior to our release of the permit. I have copied Jason Springer with Pedcor if you have any
questions for him as well.

Hi, Nick –
Our office needs a pdf file of the architectural building elevations, so that we can check to see that what they want to
build is what was approved by the Plan Commission hearing officer. (I think that would just be sheets A201 through
A207 from their construction plans. )
I am also checking in with the Planning Director to see if there are any outstanding issues with him or the Engineering
Dept.
