One will be a Commercial New structure covering the businesses, and another will be the rest of the building covering the residences. If you could break down the cost of construction and square footage for each one I would appreciate it. Then I can calculate the fees. So in summary, there will be 3 total permits: Parking garage – AS IS Retail space (shell) – 9,911 SF , Estimate $426,173 Residential Multi family – 43,416 SF, Estimate $5,216,099 I will need cost of construction and square footage for each.
