1. a signed and recorded copy of the attached commitments. (Tim Ochs with Ice Miller can probably get that to
Howard Dugan…)
2. a pdf of the proposed building elevations, all 4 sides, and also the full length of all 4 building sides, please. (We
need to review these to make sure what the plan commission approved is what they will build. There was also a
slight change made to the West elevation at the plan commission meeting, so we need to verify that that is
shown too.)
3. On the site plan:
a) sidewalks need to be shown on both sides of the north/south drive/private street, just west of the pond
b) need clarification/verification of the offsite work to be done to Randall Drive at the curve, just east of
the new proposed roundabout
c) need verification that there is at least 10-ft wide buffer yard along the north parcel line on their side
