I don’t really have any problems with you releasing the building permit. As long as they understand that any work done
to incorporate the access and pedestrian facilities from 146th will require coordination of A&F and Weihe plans. The
Weihe plans do not match up with the A&F plans at the 146th access.

When we have approved plans for the entrance on 146th Street, A&F has submitted for review, Weihe will need to

I have review this drawing hand have discovered that the incorrect occupant load factor for a mercantile occupancy has
been used to calculate the occupant load. The correct occupant load factor to be used on a grade floor is 30, per table
1004.1.1 of the 2008 Indiana Fire and Building codes. This will make the occupant load 94 and will require a second exit
from the mercantile area per section 1015.1 of the IBC/IFC. Please provide a second exit from the mercantile area into
your design to comply with the 2008 Indiana Fire And Building Codes and have plans resubmitted for review.
