Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals
meeting on the 22nd day of September, 2014 at 6:00 pm in the City Council
Chambers, 2nd floor of City Hall, One (1) Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032
will hold a Public Hearing upon a Use Variance application to allow
Penske Car Rental (a licensee of Hertz Rent A Car) would like permission
to rent cars at this location. We are currently located inside the Marriott
Courtyard on 103rd and Meridian. We have outgrown this location and our
primary customer base is corporate travelers that reside in the Carmel market.
They continue to inquire about a location in the Carmel area that would be more
convenient to utilize. We are requesting a "Use Variance" and "Development
Standards Variance."
Property being known as 1441 South Guilford Road

The real estate affected by said application is described as follows: Tax
