Analysis:

1 This variance should not have a negative effect on surrounding properties. The garage will be setback 140 feet from the
street and 26 feet from the nearest adjacent property. In addition,the garage doors will face the existing house instead of
facing the street and the garage will be designed to be complimentary to the architecture of the home.
The Department is in support of this variance.
