Meridian Street Suite 300 Carmel, IN 46032-5406 Re: McAteer Guest House,951 W. 116th Street— 14070022 V and 14070023 V Dear Mr. Reis: At the meeting held Monday,August 25,2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standard Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at 951 W. 116th Street. APPROVED:Docket Nos. 14070022 V and 14070023 V:Development Standard Variances for accessory building to be setback 25 feet behind front of home(guest house requested forward of home)and maximum height 18 feet (approximately 23 feet requested). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is August 25,2017. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
