Dear Mr. Granner:
At the meeting held Monday,August 25,2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Development Standard Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at
1800 W. 106th Street.
APPROVED:Docket Nos. 14070024 V through 14070026 V: Development Standard Variances for maximum density
1 Lot/Acre(1.36 Lots/Acre requested);40 feet minimum front yard setback(15 feet requested); and 15 feet front
bufferyard(5 feet requested).
WITHDRAWN: Docket No.14070027 V: by Petitioner for 20 feet rear bufferyard(5 feet requested).
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is August 25,2017..
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
