APPROVED:Docket Nos. 14070024 V through 14070026 V: Development Standard Variances for maximum density 1 Lot/Acre(1.36 Lots/Acre requested);40 feet minimum front yard setback(15 feet requested); and 15 feet front bufferyard(5 feet requested). WITHDRAWN: Docket No.14070027 V: by Petitioner for 20 feet rear bufferyard(5 feet requested). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is August 25,2017.. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
