The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community because: IThis home is currently being used as a model home and is occupied during business hours. I 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will not be affected in a Isubstantially adverse manner because: The value and use of the adjacent property will not be affected Ibecause it is a maintained model home that meets and/or exceeds the community standards. 3. The strict application of the terms of the Zoning Ordinance to the property will result in practical difficulties in the use of the property because: The allotted time is expiring and we have additional homes/lots to sell. Without a model lame/sales office it will be difficult for us to sell the remaining homesites .
