Meridian Street. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 14080003 V through 14080005 V: Development Standard Variances for no parking between US 31 and the front build-to line(parking requested);25 feet minimum parking aisle width(24 feet requested)and 50% tree preservation(reduction requested). Please be advised that per.Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approvals must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is August 25,2017. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
