CARMEL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Docket Numbers: 14080003V, 14080004V and 14080005V
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals, on the
25th of August, 2014, at 5:15 p.m. in the Carmel City Hall, Caucus Room, 1 Civic
Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing seeking approval of
development standards variances to allow for: (i) parking between US Highway
31 and the build to line; (ii) a reduction in parking lot drive aisle width; and (iii)
removal of trees along US Highway 31.
The subject property is commonly known as 10220 North Meridian Street.
The application is identified as Docket Nos. 14080003V, 14080004V and
14080005V.
The real estate affected by said application is described by Parcel Numbers
16- 13- 11- 00 -00- 033.000,16- 13- 11- 00 -00- 034.000 and 16- 13- 11- 00 -00- 035.000.
All interest persons desiring to present their views on the above
application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard
