Re: August 7, 2001 Plan Commission Committee meetings—Additional Items
SPECIAL STUDIES COMMITTEE:
A Department Report has not been prepared for items one and two. There is no additional
information to report on wither the DePauw Rezone (DePauw parcel) or the Retreat Commitment
Amendment. These items will be placed on the September Special Studies Committee Agenda
or withdrawn if necessary.
Two last minute items that will be discussed at the Special Studies Committee include minor
modifications to the First Indiana Bank building along AAA Way and minor modifications to
one of the new Springhill Suites Hotel along North Meridian Street just north of 116th Street.
Information has been included in the packet for the Marriott Suite Hotel.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE:
The addition of agenda item number three is for informational purposes only. The committee
will not be taking any formal action on this item. A Department Report has not been prepared
for this item.

Overlay Zone.
