IS ANYTHING UNREASONABLE?
The Americans with Disabilities Act's reasonable accommodation requirements have forced
employers to guarantee reinstatement after leaves that have lasted far longer than those
set out under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Common mistakes in addressing
employee leave and in using third parties to administer FMLA leave are all too easy for
employers to make. This session will identify those pitfalls while helping you effectively
manage your workforce.
