APPROVED: Docket No. 14090003 V: Development Standard Variance for pool requested in landscape easement (3 feet minimum setback from easement required). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 22,2017. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
