Dear Mr. and Mrs. Clouse:
At the meeting held Monday, September 22,2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer
took the following action regarding the Development Standard Variance(V)filed by you for the property located at
14071 Triple Crown Drive.
APPROVED: Docket No. 14090003 V: Development Standard Variance for pool requested in landscape easement
(3 feet minimum setback from easement required).
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway,or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 22,2017.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
