The site is located a t 721 1St Ave NW. It is zoned R-2/Residence within the Old Town Overlay Character Subarea.

accessory structure on the site The Ordinance allows

1 -- feet. The petitioner is requesting to build the structure

garage space. Typical accessory structures are
