Meridian Street, Suite 1100 Indianapolis,IN 46204-2011 Re: Kroger Expansion— 14070017 V through 14070021 V Dear Mr. Brown: At the meeting held Monday, September 22, 2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variances (V)filed by you for the property located at 1217 Rangeline Road. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 14070017 V through 14070020 V: Development Standard Variances for: Docket No. 14070017 V: 40,000 square feet maximum building footprint permitted,78,406 square feet requested Docket No. 14070018 V: Minimum 392 parking spaces required,282 requested Docket No. 14070019 V: 50%tree preservation required,44%requested Docket No. 14070020 V:Number of signs,one additional requested for a total of four with the CONDITION that all recycling and collection/donation bins are moved to the south end of the building. WITHDRAWN: Docket No. 14070021 V: Development Standard Variance for maximum sign area was withdrawn by the Petitioner. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approvals is September 22,2017. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
