Notice is hearby given that the Carmel /Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on the
28th day of October, 2014 at 6pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, (2 "d Floor) 1 Civic
Square Carmel, 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Development Standards
Variance application to:.
Request a Development Standards Variance from sections 25.07.02 -3 b)1, 25.07.02 -3
c)4.a, 25.07.02 -06 c)1 and 25.07.02 -06 d) of the City of Carmel Zoning Ordinance to
allow; three wall signs on the building (25.07.02 -3 b)1),to allow two wall signs on the
building exceed 70% of the height of the panel /spandrel on which they are mounted
(25.07.02 -3 c)4.a), to allow a drive through menu board to exceed 30 square feet in size.
(25.07.02 -06 c)1), to allow a drive through menu board to exceed six feet in height.
