Subject: Horizon Bank- Carmel - Fascia
Hi Rachael,
It was nice talking with you today.
Attached please find the Fascia panel shop drawings for the Horizon Bank project. We are requesting to change the 3'-0"
tall fascia material at the top of the wall from EIFS to prefinished Aluminum. Aluminum was the material that we
originally wanted to use but we changed it to EIFS because we did not think we could build the desired profile. We were
able to find a manufacturer that can make the exact profile from Aluminum. The aluminum is heavy stock bonded to
insulation that helps prevent oil canning.
Please provide review and your approval of this minor revision.
Thank You,
Chris
