CARMEL /CLAY ADVISORY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
This is a notice that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on
October 28th, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Caucus Room, 1 Civic Square,
Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Development Standards
Variance application to keep our newly constructed shadowbox fence at a height
of 72 inches on the property being known at 11605 Rolling Springs Dr. Carmel,
Indiana 46033.
This application is identified as docket number: 14100001V
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows:
Woodland Springs, Sec. 8, Lot 325.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above
application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard
at the above - mentioned time and place.
