'al9IGB5�P' READY INDEX'INDEXING SYSTEM • Merchants' Pointe Introduction Architectural, Design, Lighting and Signage Application On March 20, 2001, The Linder Company will present to the Carmel Plan Commission for ADLS review and approval, its plans for the first three (3) buildings in Merchants' Pointe, (southwest corner of East 116`h Street and Keystone), and described as follows: Lot 5, Borders Bookstore, 23,200 sq. ft. Lot 6, Two-story Office Building, 30,000 sq. ft. Lot 7, Retail, Service and Office Building, 11,200 sq. ft. The drawings and related information describing the ADLS requests are presented separately as to each lot and building.
