You have lot 115 which is 5302 then lot 116 which is North of 115 is listed as 13300. You also have lot 114 which is listed as 13308. You tell me that the builder or whoever doesn't realize the problem when using these numbers. Lot 116 if I'm looking at it correctly should be 13304. Lot 117 should be 13315 Sioux Trail going back to the north on East side of the road, where Kickapoo Trail runs back to the North w/most addresses on West side being even number. Where did they get those numbers of 5300 and 5302111111 Oh!!!!you talk on your phone alot....Hang up I'm trying to get thru!!!! Gis and the county are showing 5302 for# 115 and 5300 for#116. The address info from CCC show#115 as 13304 and #116 as 13300. When the applications were received for building permits the addresses were 5302 Kickapoo Trl for#115 and 13300 for#116. It would appear that they changed at least one address without permission. I physically went out there and checked the street and there are two houses, which I believe are lots 115 and 116, addressed off of Kickapoo which is correct. Now the question I have is where did they get the address numbers of 5300 and 5302 when that street runs North and South. The numbers are in brick work and on the mailboxes as I mentioned above. Could you check to see what you have listed in City View and also check the permits for those homes and see what address was listed on the permit by the builder. I believe this to be a builder or developer mistake and they need to be held fully responsible to make any and all corrections to the houses. It will really cause a major problem w/regards to Public Safety. I would also like to know what numbers they are going to use when they get ready to build the other homes on that street. There area couple other himes under construction on that same street as of today, I wander what numbers they are using for those. I'm glad I caught it now instead of waiting for the whole street to become developed then having to make changes. Let me know your thoughts on this matter when ever you can.
