This is Sullivan construction who works for Olympia Partners, although the permit says Boyle Construction (they only did half the site and they were fine. with Olympia and Sullivan it's like the blind leading the blind). They still owe me a completed drawing, but no reason to hold Ritter's up just for that. I told her that now that she has met with Laurence and Scott, and is aware of what needs to be done and re-inspected for the satisfactory completion of the project, whe would need to get with her people, find out the time frame they will need to complete outstanding items and have re-inspections, and then submit a request for extension based on that time table. JEFF--if you would let all of us know when that comes in, and what time frame they are being alotted. Jerry from Boyle Construction--the project person for the Ritters on Rangeline also called me this morning. Per conversation with him and with Scott, and per Scott's recomendation,we will extend their Temporary C/O until October 31, 2001. I will try to have that in the mail by the end of the day. Jerry was specifically told that within that time, he needs to complete the outstanding site issues, and call Scott to come out and do a re-inspection. He seemed to indicate that this would be enough time. ***ADRIENNE--I know that you also have issues at the Rangeline Road site. Would you please email all of us regarding the status of those issues. Also, if you need to have them complete something/and or want their issues completed with you by that time, we could possibly put those into the Temporary C/O as well. Let me know.
