Submit detailed Landscape Plan as requested to reflect landscaping approved with Primary Plat 2. Subdivision Signs: Identify on construction drawings along with landscaping or remove. 3. Remove Commission's Certificate from sheet 2 and 3. 4. Remove Note on C.A. 5 from legal. 5. Have Mylar signed by property owner prior to signature by director. 6. As we discussed over the phone today Carmel DOCS does not issue a "released for construction" approval. Procedural Items: February 27, 2001 1. Provide the signed Non - enforcement Permit form with the appropriate check. The form that was submitted was an old form tbat 1 s no longer accepted. The current form may be down loaded from the County's website www.co.hamilton.in.us or you may call our receptionist to have a copy mailed to you. The fee for a subdivision non- enforcement is $100.00. 2. Please forward an engineers estimate or copy of the contract for 100% of the construction costs for storm sewers (including SSD), erosion control, and monuments and markers. 3. Submit original letters of credit or bonds for the above amounts. Plans, Calcs and Secondary Plat: Construction Plans - 4. Revise the D &UE on lot 89 — 90 to 30' total for the regulated drain pipe. 5. If the numbers that were assigned are consistent with what already exists laterally, then I wouldn't necessarily recommend re- assignment. Second, the street name "Waterbury Court" already exists in Hamilton County. It is located in Township 19 North, Range 4 East, Section 12, near Morse Reservoir (grid M -8 on the County map). If we're seriously considering a County -wide emergency response system, then we should probably have them submit a new name for this cul -de -sac. Give me a call if you have any questions....
