Pool Setback from Easement, pool requested in landscape easement The site is located at 14071 Triple Crown Drive and is zoned S- 1/ROSO I. Filed by Christopher and Jennifer Clouse, owners. Mr. Dierckman had thoroughly reviewed Department Report and Packet information. Max Height, 20 ft. requested The site is located at 721 1 st Ave NW. It is zoned R -2 /Residence within the Old Town Overlay Character Subarea. Filed by Justin Moffett of The Old Town Design Group, on behalf of David & Cindy Wichman, owners. Present for Petitioner: Justin Moffett • Building accessory structure as servants' quarters o Used for quarters to house people that would care for them long -term as they age o Complimentary to new home being built • Additional two feet needed to fit square footage and head height on second level • Home immediately north of this one also received a variance for their garage Public Hearing closed Department Report: Alexia Lopez • Only two feet higher than permitted • Will match design of home • Set back from street and rear and side yards Department supported the variance Action: Mr. Dierckman APPROVED Docket No. 14090004 V, Wichman Accessory Structure, 721 1st Avenue NW, for maximum height (18 feet allowed, 20 feet requested).
