The entire facility is fully protected by an automatic sprinkler system, and is surrounded by at least 30 feet of yard depth. The Lindamood-Bell tenant is a Business Occupancy providing a training and skill development space not within a school or academic program. The Suite 112 tenant is a Business Occupancy providing an office facility and meeting spaces.
