Dear Ms.Kohl:
At the meeting held Tuesday, October 28,2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer
took the following action regarding the Development Standard Variance(V)filed by you for the property located at
1017 W Main Street, Carmel, Indiana.
APPROVED: Docket No. 14090014 V: Development Standard Variance for a wall sign to be 100%logo instead of the
25%allowed per the Sign Ordinance per the plans submitted.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is October 28,2017.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
