Carmel, Indiana 46033 Re: Peck Fence, Woodland Springs, Sec.8, Lot 325 Docket No 14100001 Dear Mr.& Mrs. Peck: At the meeting held Tuesday,October 28,2014,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standard Variance(V)filed by you for the property located at 11605 Rolling Springs Drive. APPROVED: Docket No. 14100001 V: Development Standard Variance for 6 feet Corner Lot Fence. (3.5 feet permitted) with the CONDITION to meet with the City Forester, Daren Mindham, and implement agreed upon plans with the final approval of Community Development Staff. Daren can be reached at 571-2417,dmindham @carmel.in.gov. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is October 28,2017. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
