by the County Commissioners February 12, 2001, and recorded that day has been received by the Department of
Community Services. The original will be placed in the Plan Commission file and a copy in the subdivision plat file.
Copies have been forwarded to the Department of Information Systems, the Department of Communications, the Hamilton
County Highway Department, and Balamor Development.
The Secondary Plat Amendment(144-00 SP Amend)for Village of WestClay PUD, Section 10005, Lots 354-360&
430-436, signed by the County Commissioners February 12, 2001, and recorded that day has been received by the
Department of Community Services. The original will be placed in the Plan Commission file and a copy in the subdivision
plat file. Copies have been forwarded to the Department of Information Systems, the Department of Communications, the
Hamilton County Highway Department, and Brenwick Development.
The Secondary Plat Amendment (145-00 SP Amend) for Village of WestClay PUD, Section 10006, Lots 348-353,
signed by the County Commissioners February 12, 2001, and recorded that day has been received by the Department of
Community Services. The original will be placed in the Plan Commission file and a copy in the subdivision plat file.

The Hamilton County Commissioners signed the Secondary Rat Amendments for Huntersfield, lots 11-17, 20-34 &41-
51 (153-00 SP), Village of WestClay, Section 10005(144-00 SP), and Village of WestClay, Section 10006, lots 348-
353(145-00 SP)at their February 12, 2001, meeting. The signed originals were then taken directly to the Hamilton County
Recorder's Office. These are now the official addresses.
The Secondary Plat Amendment for Lakes at Hazel Dell, Section 1, Lots 141-142& 154-158(152-00 SP), signed by the
Board of Public Works September 27, 2000, and recorded October 19, 2000 (lnstr. #200000052511), has been received
by the Department of Community Services. The original will be placed in the Plan Commission file and a copy in the
subdivision file. One copy will be forwarded to the Department of Information Services, one to the Department of
Communications, and one to Zaring Homes.
The Secondary Plat Amendment for Delaware Trace, Section 2(148-00 SP), signed by the Board of Public Works
September 6, 2000, and recorded October 19, 2000 (lnstr. #200000052512), has been received by the Department of
Community Services. The original will be placed in the Plan Commission file and a copy in the subdivision file. One copy
will be forwarded to the Department of Information Services, one to the Department of Communications, one to the Street
Department and one to Oak View Associates.
Given the lag between recording and receipt of the recorded originals for the Lakes at Hazel Dell, Section 1, I don't
expect to have final recorded copies of 144-00 SP; 145-00 SP& 153-00 SP available for general distribution before April
22, 2001.

I've assigned:
3835 Steeplechase Drive to Lot 33 (I rejected 3833 because it would have been 3834 and adjacent to 3832)
3785 Steeplechase Drive to Lot 48
and Lot 56 shall remain 3790 Barnstable Road, as platted. This will, however, require you to change the list you've
been using, which incorrectly cites the address as 8 Steeplechase Drive.
Steve, I will leave this Amendment on your desk for signature. Once you've signed it, please give it to Phyllis so she can
hold it for Bill.
